A Pound Cake(By Missouri Oneal-Gates, A Cousin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 sticks butter (Land O Lakes)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder (Rosa added)
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
8 eggs

Preparation

Cream butter, all sugar and cream well.
Add 1 cup flour and 1 or 2 eggs at a time until all used.
Mix well.
Put cake in cold oven.
Set at 300\u00b0 and cook for 2 hours.
