Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1- 12 oz. can corned beef
1- 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
3 eggs, hardboiled and mashed
1 c. finely cut celery
1/2 onion, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
pimento for color
Preparation
-
Mix jello in 1 1/2 c. boiling water to dissolve. Cool.
Add all other ingredients.
Refrigerate until set.
