Cranberry Orange Gelatin Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (any red flavor)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of cloves
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. diced orange sections
1 c. chopped apple
Preparation

Add boiling water to gelatin, salt and spices in bowl; stir until dissolved.
Add cranberry sauce and orange rind.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in apples and oranges.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
Makes 9 servings.
