Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stewing beef cubes
    3 large cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 cans mushrooms, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 full bottle cooking sherry (wine may be substituted)
Preparation
    Put in a covered baking dish and cook 4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
