Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. or more crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until light beige.
    Stir in flour and water.
    Let come to a boil.
    Remove from stove.
    Add eggs, Cheez Whiz
    and
    drained
    broccoli.
    Blend well.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart buttered
    baking
    dish.
    Sprinkle
    Ritz crackers on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
