Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 full chicken breast cutlets, cut into 1 x 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
4 beaten eggs
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
Muenster cheese (as much as you like)
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Soak chicken in beaten eggs for 1 hour.
Gently roll pieces in bread crumbs. Fry in batter until browned.
Put in casserole. Cover with mushrooms and broth. Top with thinly sliced cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
