Halibut Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large garlic clove, minced
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. dry white wine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. capers
1 1/2 lb. Pacific halibut fillets (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
pepper
1/2 c. finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a 6 to 8-inch frying pan over medium-high heat, stir garlic in 1/2 tablespoon oil until limp, about 2 minutes.
Add wine, lemon juice and capers.
Boil, uncovered, over high heat until reduced to 1/2 cup, 3 to 4 minutes; keep sauce warm.
