Amaretto Egg Nog Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 C flour
1 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
3/4 C golden raisins
2 eggs
3/4 C Darigold egg nog, warmed
1/4 C melted butter
2 tsp pure vanilla
1 tsp almond flavor
1/4 C plus 2 Tbsp Monarch Brand amaretto liqueur OR substitute rum

Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and raisins and set aside.
