Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Trim all visible fat from roast. Place in\troaster
    or Dutch oven (do not brown).\tMix together all other ingredients
    and
    pour
    over
    meat.
    Cover and bake until well done.
    Remove
    meat
    to
    platter
    and
    remove
    any remaining fat and bone.
    Shred until fine.
    Put meat back into sauce in roaster and stir to mix.
