Lemon Crackle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 soda crackers (2 inch square)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Crush crackers in bowl.
Add sugar, flour and soda.
Work in butter well.
Add coconut.
Spread 3/4 of mixture into greased and floured 9-inch baking pan.
Carefully spread lemon filling on top. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
