Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast into warm water. Add flour, sugar and salt.
    Knead mixture.
    Divide into 16 to 18 parts.
    Paint with a mixture of an egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water after rolling into desired shape.
    Sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden. (Pretzel recipe used for class at C.N.S. in J. Lee's class.)
