Mexican Cinnamon Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Combine butter and sugar in large mixing bowl and cream.
Add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add.
Shape dough into small balls, using about 1 teaspoon dough for each cookie.
Roll balls in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Yields 4 dozen cookies.
