Barbecued Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6-7 lb.) turkey breast
    1/4 c. salt
    1/4 c. black pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. parsley
    roasting bag
Preparation
    Toss in 1 Tbsp. flour and shake to coat bag.
    Place turkey breast in bag and pierce bag with fork.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.
    Seal bag.
    Bake 4 to 5 hours at 300\u00b0. Remove bones from turkey.
    Shred meat and add to juice remaining in bag.
    Good served on buns.
