Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 small jars strained carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, Crisco oil and eggs.
    Add to this liquid flour and cinnamon. Add carrots. Also add chopped nuts.
    Beat well and bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan for about 50 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
