Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 C. milk
    1/2 C. rice
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    seasoning salt
    black pepper
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 shakes cinnamon
    6 - 8 green pepper halves
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, egg, milk and rice.
    Sprinkle with seasonings and mix.
