Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. country style pork ribs, trim off fat
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt. Roll ribs in flour mixture.
    Preheat electric frypan with salad oil to 260\u00b0.
    Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    Add ribs and fry until golden brown. Remove ribs and set aside.
