Oatmeal Scotchies Pan Cookie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats (uncooked)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. Nestle butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and butterscotch.
Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
Yields 35 two-inch squares.
