Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can sliced pineapple
    juice from 1 can pineapple
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    lettuce
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Chill pineapple; remove slices from can and place in container.
    Mix flour in shaker with some of the juice.
    Put sugar, juice, egg and flour mixture in saucepan.
    Stir and bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Serve over pineapple slice on lettuce with cherry in center.
