Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. scalded milk
1 c. oil
3 pkg. dry yeast
4 beaten eggs
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. salt
12 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Scald milk, add potatoes and salt.
Blend in oil.
In cup, combine yeast and water.
In another bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Add to potato mixture.
Blend in yeast mixture.
Add flour gradually to make a soft dough.
Knead.
Place in bowl, covered. Let stand 1 hour.
Should double in size.
