Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 tsp. powdered sage
    1 qt. day-old bread cubes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 large fish
    6 or 8 slices bacon
Preparation
    Cook celery in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes.
    Drain; reserve liquid.
    Cook onion slowly in butter until transparent.
    Mix bread cubes and spices.
    Add celery, 1/4 cup celery liquid, onion and butter.
    Mix thoroughly with fork; cover and let stand 10 minutes.
