Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 2 unbaked shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
