Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, buttered and cubed
9 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. American cheese or Cheddar
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 to 3 c. cubed ham, bacon or sausage
Preparation

Place bread in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour on top. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 uncovered. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 if using a metal pan.
