Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
pork chops
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can chicken broth and enough water to make 2 1/2 c.
1/3 c. ketchup
Preparation

Pan-fry pork chops in oil until brown.
Add onion and green pepper.
Mix chicken broth, water, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over pork chops. Add rice.
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes or until rice is cooked and most liquid is absorbed.
