Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cracker Barrel natural)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients as listed.
    Bake in a well-greased pan at 450\u00b0 until nicely browned.
    Serves 12 people.
