Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 double pork chops with slit pockets between
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. minced onion
    water (to moisten)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground sage
    4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frying pan; add crumbs and seasonings.
    Mix together until well blended.
    Moisten with water and stuff chops. Brown chops in skillet first, then bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn once or twice during baking.
