Buttermilk Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together until crumbly.
    Take 3/4 cup out and add cinnamon; this will be the topping.
    Then add soda, baking powder, egg and buttermilk to remaining mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
