Baked Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    few grains white pepper
    2 c. drained cooked peas
    1 c. soft buttered bread crumbs
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. drained cooked or canned small white onion
Preparation
    In small saucepan, cook soup mix in water.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Then in a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Blend in flour and pepper.
    Gradually stir in hot soup and cook until thickened.
    Add tuna and fold in peas and onions.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
