Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2/3 c. chopped onion
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 2/3 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Place thawed hash brown potatoes in casserole.
Mix chicken soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper together and pour this mixture over potatoes.
Top with corn flakes.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
