Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. stewing chicken
    2 qt. hot water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 sticks celery
    1 medium onion
    1 carrot
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Bring the hot water, chicken, salt, celery, onion and carrot to a boil.
    Remove foam.
    Cover.
    Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
    Beat 4 eggs. Mix with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Add to boiling broth, stirring continuously until eggs are set.
    Remove from heat.
