Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 9 x
    12-inch greased pan, put uncooked rice.
    Pour over rice 2 cups
    hot water, then put on chicken pieces.
    Salt and pepper to taste,
    then
    sprinkle
    1 package dry onion soup mix. Cover tightly with
    foil
    and
    bake
    at
    325\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours.
