Easy Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Thoroughly mix together the sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla. Scald the milk and slowly stir the first mixture into it.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and top with nutmeg.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 425\u00b0 fro 10 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
