Peaches N' Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/8 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
vegetable cooking spray
29 oz. can sliced peaches (reserve juice)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 Tbsp. peach juice
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with vegetable spray.
Place peaches over batter.
In separate bowl, cream together cheese, peach juice and sugar.
Spoon mixture over peaches and spread to cover peaches completely.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Cool at least 45 minutes before serving.
Serves 12.
