Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cranberries
    1/2 orange peel
    2 c. sugar
    2 boxes (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    3 c. hot water
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. nutmeats, chopped
    2 c. grapes, halved
Preparation
    Grind cranberries and orange peel.
    Add sugar.
    Let stand until sugar is dissolved.
    Mix Jell-O and water together.
    Let cool.
    After cool, mix with cranberry mixture.
    Add celery, nutmeats and grapes.
    Mix together.
    Let chill until firm.
