Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cut into strips
3 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. ginger
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook carrots in water 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
Drain on paper towels.
Pat dry.
Melt butter in saucepan; add ginger, brown sugar and salt.
Mix well.
Add carrots; cook over low heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring gently.
Makes 4 servings.
