Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
    Pour into 2 greased pie plates.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
    No crust needed, makes its own crust.
