Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a saucepan.
    Add the chocolate and stir over very low heat until the chocolate is melted.
    Then add the boiling water slowly, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Add the sugar and corn syrup, stirring until dissolved.
    Simmer 5 minutes, then add the vanilla and salt.
    Serve hot or warm over ice cream or pudding.
    Serves 6.
