Beer Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. beer (stale)

Preparation

Add egg yolks, oil and beer to dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites very stiff; fold into batter.
Dip and fry.
