Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crab meat
    1 c. Butterball season mix
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. red bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. flour
    1 egg
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Drain crab meat; add all ingredients, season mix last.
    Shape in 1-inch patties.
    Roll in some of the seasoned mix with a little flour.
    Brown on both sides in shallow hot oil.
