Pinto Bean Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pinto beans, cooked
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. diced apples
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add egg, beating well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to bean mixture.
    Stir this into the creamed mixture. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
