Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 c. water
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. brown sugar
dash of nutmeg
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation

In shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper.
Roll chicken in flour mixture and brown.
Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, mix the butter, cranberries, water, brown sugar, nutmeg and vinegar (optional).
Cook and stir until cranberries burst. Then pour over chicken and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Baste once or twice.
