"Uncle Arzo" Salad(Also Known As "Frog-Eye Salad") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. orzo pasta (rice-like pasta; Bi-Lo carries it)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple in its own juice, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained or 1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
1 large box jello, made with water and drained fruit juice (I use peach flavor)
1 large container whipped topping
Preparation

Prepare orzo according to package directions.
Add fruits and prepared jello.
Let cool before stirring in whipped topping. Refrigerate 2 or more hours before serving.
