Caramel Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cubed
    3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts, crushed
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook pineapple, flour, sugar and cider vinegar until thickened; cool.
    Combine apples, peanuts and Cool Whip; mix with pineapple mixture in large bowl.
    Add a few crushed peanuts on top.
