Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cut asparagus
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    sliced olives
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 2/3 c. milk
    cheese, if desired
    buttered toast crumbs
Preparation
    In long Pyrex dish, put in layers asparagus, eggs and olives. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour and milk; add cheese if desired.
    Cover asparagus mixture with white sauce and put buttered toast crumbs on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 or 40 minutes until brown.
