1 lb. beef smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. minced onion
7 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced 1/4-inch thick
Preparation

Combine cheese, sour cream, parsley and onion.
Add potatoes and sausage; turn into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
