Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 eggs
    4 to 5 small cooked squash, mashed
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. crumbled crackers
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Put egg whites in a large bowl.
    In a casserole dish, mix all the above ingredients except egg whites.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in the beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
