Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can Ro-Tel
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef; drain grease.
    Add onion, pepper and Ro-Tel.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and chili pepper to taste.
    Put in 9 x 13 greased pan.
    Layer rice, meat and cheese until mixture is gone.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
