Stay Fluffy Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 egg whites
 
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbp. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation
- 
                            Let egg whites reach room temperature.
 
Cook cornstarch and 2 tablespoons sugar and water until clear and thick; let cool.
Beat whites and sugar until foamy, then add to cornstarch mixture and beat until stiff.
