Potato Dish Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 can Durkee fried onions (small)
1 pkg. frozen Crispy Crowns or Tater Tots (potatoes)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. broccoli (small florets)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Line ovenproof casserole dish with potatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, uncovered, until potatoes are browned.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef; add broccoli, soup thinned with the milk, 1/2 of the shredded cheese and 1/2 can of fried onions. Heat through.
When potatoes are done, remove from oven and lower temperature to 350\u00b0.
Fill with meat and vegetable mixture; cover and put back in oven.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Five minutes before done, remove lid; sprinkle on rest of cheese and onions and cook remaining 5 minutes uncovered.
