Suttle Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 # ground raw turkey
    1 1/2 chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 1/2 c water
    1 to 2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 16 oz cans red kidney beans, drained
    2 4 oz cans mushrooms stems and pieces
    1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown turkey, onion, garlic and drain drippings.
    Add water and remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil and cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
    Uncover, simmer 1 hour.
    Stir from time to time.
    Discard bay leaf.
    Yield 10 1/2 cups.
