Buttermilk-Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soft margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. plain flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in eggs and flour.
Add remaining ingredients. Mixture will be curdled.
Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake about 30 minutes longer or until set.
